Who we are

Sew Inappropriate is a brand of Make Chaos Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15944596), registered office Unit 7 Victoria Avenue, Peacehaven, BN10 8HJ. Contact us at hello@sewinappropriate.com.

Orders

When you place an order you'll get an email confirming we've received it. Our contract with you starts when we confirm that your order has been dispatched. If we can't supply an item (for example it's sold out) we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Our designs use adult language. By ordering you confirm you're 18 or over.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery is added at checkout. Payment is taken in full when you order, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, processed securely by Stripe.

Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses. Delivery times are estimates; see Delivery.

Returns and cancellations

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Items must be unworn and returned in their original condition. Custom items made to your own design can't be cancelled once you've approved the proof, unless they are faulty. See Returns. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Custom designs

If you send us wording or artwork, you confirm you have the right to use it. We may refuse designs that are hateful, that target a real person, or that infringe someone else's trademark or copyright.

Our liability

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We don't exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
