Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses. Made and dispatched within 1-3 working days.

• Standard (Royal Mail Tracked 48): £3.50, 2-3 working days. Free on orders over £45.
• Express (Royal Mail Tracked 24): £6.50, 1-2 working days.

You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Returns

Not right? You can return unworn items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Email hello@sewinappropriate.com with your order number and we'll tell you where to send it. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty.

Once it's back with us we'll refund you within 14 days, to the card you paid with.

Faulty or wrong item? Tell us within 30 days and we'll replace or refund it, including postage.

Custom orders

Items made to your own design are made just for you, so they can't be returned if you change your mind. That's why we always send a proof first: nothing is stitched until you approve it. If there's a fault, we'll put it right.

Caring for embroidery

• Spot clean or hand wash cool.
• Don't tumble dry or bleach.
• Never iron directly on the stitching.
• Reshape while damp and leave to air dry.

Payment

Pay securely by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Prices are in pounds and include VAT.
