How much is delivery?
UK Standard is £3.50, free when you spend over £45. UK Express (Tracked 24) is £7.50.
Outside the UK: Europe £8, US and Canada £14, Asia £16, everywhere else £18. Free on orders over £100.
When will my order ship?
Every cap is stitched to order, so give us a few working days. We'll email you tracking the moment it leaves the studio.
Where's my order?
Check the shipping email we sent you: it has your tracking link. Can't find it? Write to us with your order number.
Can I send it back?
Changed your mind about a standard design? You've got 14 days. Personalised pieces are made just for you, so they can only come back if we got something wrong.

Will you stitch anything I ask for?
Rude is fine. Very rude is better. We won't stitch hate, threats, or anything aimed at a real private person. We send you a proof before a single stitch goes in.
It's a gift. Will they see the price?
No. We never put prices on the packing slip.
